1. On weekdays I will be answering messages from 10AM CST until 6PM CST and on the weekends I will be answering messages from 10AM CST until 3PM CST. Please allow at least 48 hours for a response! I answer messages in the order they are received so please be patient with response times. I will answer as quickly as possible.
2. I will be able to accept cancellations of orders for up to 24 hours after they are placed. After 24 hours I will no longer be able to accept cancellations as I will have already started to work on the order! I will accept refunds or replacements of orders for 2 weeks after the item is delivered to you, so if anything were to happen to your wristlets or bracelets within the first 2 weeks, I will happily refund or replace that for you but after 2 weeks I will not be able to accept refunds or replacements.
3. At the moment, I only accept PayPal for payment through my site. If you need to pay another way, please reach out on Facebook! www.facebook.com/moonchildjewelrycompany
4. I am not responsible for wrong addresses. PLEASE triple check that the address you give me or the address you enter into checkout on my site that it is correct. I always want to make sure my customers get their orders in a timely manner and if the address given is wrong, it will either go to someone else or get sent back to me. As long as you make sure the address given is correct, you’ll be fine! I just want to make sure everything is right!
5. I am not responsible for USPS’s delays or shipping times. Once I have dropped your package off at the post office it is out of my hands. If you don’t get your package or you suspect it’s lost, please message me and we will talk about next steps but please allow USPS 5-7 business days to get your packages to you.
